Update on Joey
Hi
Just an update on Joey, a great dane cross ( we think) whom we adopted from Wath Animal Centre in June,
He is coming on brilliantly, he has put on weight and has now got muscles in his legs. He has grown into a loving pet, who loves nothing more than running around the garden and especially the local football field chasing a ball. He is only a little timid of people now.

Great stuff, keep up the good work and Im sure you'll see results with the timidness of people.

Re: Update on Joey
Joey was always very scared i remeber when he first came to us from another rescue, he had been so ill he'd nearly died. He took some coming around but when he felt safe with you, you could see glimpses of his personality but they were few and far between, he really loved his best mates Molly and Harry, they used to have a riot playing in the yard, they have all gone off to new homes too now.
I'm so glad he's doing well and finding his feet, thanks for updating us Yvonne and please keep in touch.

update on Joey
Hi,
Just to let you know how Joey is doing.
We have now had him 8 months and the change in him is great. He's put on loads of weight and muscle, We let him off the lead in fields and he runs around like an idiot& plays fetch but he has never tried to run away. He is still a bit timid with strangers but with people he knows he's fine.
When we leave him at home while we go out he doesn't cry anymore, - just dont leave any slippers or shoes in chewing distance. -
But he is really fussy with us when we get back, and our ginger tom 'Eric' will sometimes let Joe groom him - Soooo Cute - to watch.
Will call with him to see you when we are anywhere near, you will not believe it is the same dog.
Yvonne

Re: Update on Joey
Well done Yvonne, the hard work seems to be paying off. He probably doesn't try to run away when he's off lead because he knows what a good thing he has got.
