I WANT YOUR IDEAS!!!!!!

You may have read 'WARLEYs' thread in the general Section regarding sponsorship of animals at BARC.

Well it was such a success that I am now asking you all for ideas on how we could improve the Forum or anything else for that matter.

Please feel free to post suggestions here, we'll consider them all!

Im thinking ---- Good books, Jokes, Recipes, Training, equipment, Swap-Shop etc..............

Cummon, use your imagination as mine appears to be on the blink! Get your creative juices flowing and post your ideas NOW!!!!!!!!

Wow you've been busy.

How about adding an 'Events' section where people can pass on information about whats going on in their area e.g dog shows & charity events. Members could also organise dog walking days where everyone meets up somewhere like Clumber Park with their dogs.

I think your idea's are great too especially the recipes. If some good homemade pet treats come up in that topic I can see Archie and Coco getting really fat

I'm half way through 'Cesar's Way' by Cesar Millan (i've been half way through it since January) it is very interesting and about his childhood and his arriving illegally in America, I will fill you in when i finish it but so far so good!
Another book i've just had past on is Marley and Me by John Grogan I have heard of this book and my sister said it will definitely have me in tears, I can cry at anythingand usually do!

My boyfriend got Cesars Way for Christmas which Ive not had chance to read yet and Ive heard that Marley and Me is a really good book. Ive borrowed one called Walking Ollie from a friend which Ive yet to start. There are just not enough hours in the day

When i said Books, in my "I want your ideas" section, I was referring to Doggy books etc not a debate by the Worsborough philosophical society's cultural attache's !

got an idea dont know if it'll be any good but how about posting dog or dogs of the week for rehoming fostering from b.a.r.c. ?

They are Doggy books noggin,Marlie and me is about a man and his life with his dog Marlie from getting him as a pup and all his antics up to Marlie's death. I'm crying now, I'm having flash backs
You can't get more Doggy than the Dog whisperer himself, actually Sean you look like Cesar if i squint, you need to work on the accent tho.

Cesar Milan is a legend. That has got to be one of the best shows on TV - he has some good tips on his website too

I really have to go and do some housework, but this is much more fun. Sam is atthe vets in the morning his sickness is back and we are going away on Friday for the weekend so i want to know he's alright before he goes to my mum's.

Oh dear, I hope sam gets better soon. Let me know how he gets on.

Has Archie had any more good encounters with the labradors? He's an absolute wolf of a dog now, has he much more growing to do.

yeah, Archie saw the labradors the other night and tried to pinch their tennis ball. He also tried to play with a border collie too.

It will be interesting to see what he's like in 8 weeks time. My mum is getting a female pom x poodle. He does get on with her other dog Ollie (a bichon frise) but he does get slightly rough with him at times. So far most of the dogs he has met have been male so it will be nice for him to meet a girl for a change.

With regards to his growing, at the moment we think he weighs about 6 stone but we are expecting him to weigh 9 or 10 stone when hes finished growing. We'll know exactly next friday when he goes for his op so I'll let you know.

That's encouraging news about Archie it sounds like he's softening abit. Sam has a tummy bug he had an injection. and has two courses of tablets which he takes like a dream.
TIP: Hot dog sausages, cut into pieces and push the tablets into each peice, feed a plain peice and then one with a tablet in - no problem!

How about a bit of everything. Im thinking....Green Lycra bodysuit with black Y fronts and a black leather mask. He could even have a computer printed on the chest and a black cape with a big green M printed on it

Sounds more like a wrestler, Don't forget his clipboard and pen so he can look all important, you do realise that we'll be banned for this don't you? luckerly he's not around so we can get away with anything, anyway it is the idea's section and it is an idea so....... no problem
