SPONSOR A PET Empty SPONSOR A PET

Post by Sean Benson Tue Apr 08, 2008 4:17 pm

Hi everyone!

For some time now we at BARC have been trying to launch a Sponsorship scheme for animals lovers. As you know we always have loads of pets with us that are desperately seeking, loving new homes.

However, to get such a scheme off the ground we need photos and information about the pets we are caring for.

Our current staff do not have the time, equipment or skills to gather the pictures and information needed to launch a sponsorship programme. Can you help?

We need someone who can spare an hour or so, every now and again to visit the kennels, take pictures of our animals and forward them to myself with a little bit about their background. Simple as that!

Please help if you can! This new programme will help generate much needed funds for BARC so that we can continue to treat, rehabilitate and rehome these desperate animals.

What a coincidence. I spoke to Sean yesterday about this!
You can sign me up to take pics of whatever you need. It'd be a pleasure to help.

I would be happy to type up any notes regarding the animals to go along with the pictures if of any help. I assume this would take in other animals besides the dogs

Hi Beverly,

Glad you sorted out your log in problems.

Karlie, who posts on many of the other threads has been doing some work on a sponsorship/promotional angle. Perhaps you can thrash something out between you. Im sure Julie (Drab) will throw in her two penneth as well.

If Julie & Sarah can make it to the Kennels next weekend it would be good to meet up. Other than that Im free the afternoon of Wed 6th. I've taken half a day's holiday from work on Wednesday as we're off to see Lord of the Dance at Sheffield. I can't wait and Paul can't wait till its over Smile

I finish work at 17.30hrs every night so I can always pop down to the kennels straight from work but Im not too sure what time you guys normally stay.

Beverly - if you drop me an email or give me a ring on 07952 539920 it will be great to have you onboard.
