Annual General Meeting Empty Annual General Meeting

The BARC AGM will be held on Tuesday 11th May 2010 in the Barn at the Rockingham Arms Wentworth, 7pm. Everyone will be made welcome.

Proceedings commence with the currently elected officials standing down. The Executive Committee then elect from their membership, honorary officers (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice chair). New Executive Committee members are the appointed from previously received ‘notice of intent’.

Normal business resumes with any matters arising and the standard meeting points for discussion.
