Does BARC do bird rescue too?

Hi there,
I wondered if BARC rescues and helps birds in need ( not domestic)?
There is a raven on Sandygate, Wath that has been walking up and down for 2 or 3 days now, someone told me it can't seem to fly, at the moment it picks food off the floor but I don't know how long it can survive without being able to fly

Hi, Im not 100% sure, but I don't think that BARC do rescues like the RSPCA. There is a general queries form at the bottom of this page - http://www.barnsleyanimalrescue.org.uk/barc/contact

Given the time of year it is likely that this is a fledgling nad is still being supervised by its parents who will, no doubt, be nearby. If so, just leave it and all will be well. If you can ascertain it is an adult and it cant actually fly then plesae ring Kath on 01226 742950 who can give you further advice.
